By accessing or using Room AI., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
Room AI provides an AI service to redesign room photos. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not process images that are illegal, offensive, or infringe upon the rights of others.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payments are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: Manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Refunds: All refund requests must be handled through Apple. We do not process refunds directly.
- Trial Period: Any unused free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Content Ownership
- User Content: You retain all ownership rights to original photos you upload.
- AI-Generated Content: Room AI grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the generated images for personal use.
- Service Content: All software, designs, logos, and trademarks remain exclusive property of Room AI.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Room AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that AI results will meet your expectations or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Room AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you by posting new terms on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
