End User License Agreement

You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Room AI. (the "Developer"), and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.

Apple is not a party to this EULA and shall have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Room AI application (the "Licensed Application") on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This license does not allow you to:

• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer the Licensed Application to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Application
• Copy or modify the Licensed Application or any part thereof
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Licensed Application
• Use the Licensed Application for any unlawful purpose
• Use the Licensed Application to generate, store, or share illegal, offensive, or infringing content

This license is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the App for commercial purposes (e.g., selling AI-generated designs to clients) without entering into a separate commercial agreement with us.

The Licensed Application offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Room Redesign Pro Weekly: Unlimited HD redesigns, billed weekly
• Room Redesign Pro Yearly: Unlimited HD redesigns, billed annually, includes 3-day free trial

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The Developer reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

You acknowledge that Apple has no warranty obligations whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer's sole responsibility.

THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The AI-generated redesign results will meet your specific aesthetic expectations
• The application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The quality of any AI-generated content will meet your requirements

In the event of any failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.

The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party related to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to:

• Product liability claims
• Any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation

In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

You acknowledge that the Developer retains all intellectual property rights in the Licensed Application, including the AI models, user interface, branding, and all generated content not originating from your input photos. Your original room photos remain your property.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Licensed Application
• You are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Licensed Application
• The quality or content of any AI-generated designs
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any other matter relating to the Licensed Application

The Developer's total liability to you for all claims arising from this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Licensed Application in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application. Use of the app is subject to the:

• Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
• Apple App Store Terms of Service

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and delete all copies from your devices. The Developer may also terminate this license at any time if the app is removed from the App Store.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE.
